Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 40 oz plus 1 20 oz can of sweet potatoes, drain and mash
- 1 1/2 C white sugar
- 1 t salt
- 3 eggs beaten
- 2/3 stick butter
- 1 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1 1/2 C chopped walnuts or pecans
- 2/3 stick melted butter
- 2/3 C flour

Preparation
Step 1
Combine Potatoes, Sugar, salt, eggs, butter. Put in 9x13 pan bake at 350 for 30 minutes until top is crusty.
Topping:
Combine Brown Sugar, Nuts, Butter, and Flour. Crumble on top of casserole put back into oven for 1/2 hour, 15 minutes covered, 15 minutes uncovered.
check with toothpick to see if done, It will take additional time if other items are in the oven with it.
