Ingredients
- Creamed Pea sauce:
- 1 can Salmon, bones and skin removed (drained)
- 1 med onion grated
- 1 egg
- salt/pepper
- Cracker crumbs, enough to hold together
- 1 C milk
- 2 T flour
- 1 can peas

Step 1
Combine all, form in patties fry in oil on low heat.
Sauce:
In sauce pan heat milk, whisk in flour heat until thick, add peas last.
