  • Creamed Pea sauce:
  • 1 can Salmon, bones and skin removed (drained)
  • 1 med onion grated
  • 1 egg
  • salt/pepper
  • Cracker crumbs, enough to hold together
  • 1 C milk
  • 2 T flour
  • 1 can peas

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all, form in patties fry in oil on low heat.
Sauce:
In sauce pan heat milk, whisk in flour heat until thick, add peas last.
