Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 18 oz roll of sugar cookies
- 1/3 C semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 C butter
- 1/4 C unsweetened coco
- 3 T light corn syrup
- 1 T milk
- 2 C powdered sugar
- 1 10 oz jar cherries (about 30) drained and chopped
- 1 C white vanilla chips
- 2 T shortening

Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 350
press sugar-cookie in 9x13 pan bake 12-16 minutes, cool completely
In medium microwave save bowl combine:
Chocolate Chips
Butter
Microwave on High, 2-3 minutes, stir every 30 seconds until smooth.
Add cocoa, syrup, milk and blend well. Add powdered sugar, mix until smooth. spread mixture over cooled cookie.
Top with chopped cherries, gently press into chocolate.
Microwave Vanilla chips and shortening 30 seconds, stir every 10 (until smooth) spread over cherries, refrigerate for 20 min (until set)
