Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups ketchup
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2/3 cup sugar
- ½ cinnamon
- 2 slices ginger root
- 1 lemon

Step 1
Mix dry ingredients in a small saucepan. Add ginger.
Squeeze the juice of the lemon into the pan.
Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally for 45 minutes.
Cool and discard ginger root.
Will keep in fridge for 6 months.
