  • 3 c crushed tortilla chips
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 c salsa
  • 1 can chili beans, drained
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 c diced tomatoes
  • 4 oz can sliced black olives, drained
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar

Step 1

Crush 3 cups of chips and spread in bottom of 13x9. Combine cooked ground beef, salsa, and drained chili beans. Spread over chips. Spread sour cream over meat mixture. Sprinkle tomatoes,black olives, then cheese. Bake uncovered @350, 30 min, until bubbly.
