Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients

• Brown:
• 1 bag frozen tater tots
• 1 lb Italian sausage
• 1 lb Ground Beef
• 1 lg Onion
• Add:
• 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can corn
• 1 can sliced mushrooms
• 1/2 of a large bag of shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

lay down in 13x9 casserole dish, lay thawed tots on top.

Bake at 350 until heated through and tots are browned.

Remove from the oven and place remaining cheese on the casserole. Place back into the oven until the cheese melts.
You can add other veggies of your choice, such as peas or peppers.
