Grandma Deedman's Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 2 cups apples (about 4), finely cut
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup nuts
• 2 cups flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry and wet ingredients separately. Gradually add dry mix to wet mix. Add apples and nuts.
Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes
