Peanut Blossoms

Ingredients

• 3 1/2 C flour
• 2 t baking soda
• 1 t salt
• 1 C butter
• 2/3 c peanut butter
• 1 C sugar
• 1 C packed brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 t vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Sift together: flour, soda & salt.

Cream: Butter, peanut butter, sugar & brown sugar. Then add eggs and vanilla.

Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix.

Shape dough into balls. Roll in granulated sugar.

Placed on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 8 min.

Remove from oven and top with candy kiss, bake another 2-5 minutes until golden brown.
