- 1 pound chopped peeled baking potato
- 1 pound cauliflower florets
- Cooking spray
- 1/2 cup warm 2% milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Boil potato 15 minutes or until tender. Drain; mash. Coat cauliflower florets with cooking spray; roast at 400° for 15 minutes or until browned. Place cauliflower in a food processor; process until smooth. Fold cauliflower into potatoes. Add milk, butter, salt, and pepper; stir well.
