Ingredients
- Tostadas:
- 2-15 oz cans vegetarian chili
- 1 pkg tostada shells
- Alfalfa sprouts
- Lg cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 c shredded cheese
- Sm can green chili peppers
- Taco sauce
- Corn and Black Beans:
- Onion, chopped
- (2 T oil)
- 2 c frozen corn
- 15 oz can black beans
- (Cumin, salt/pepper to taste)

Preparation
Step 1
Heat chili in saucepan over med heat. Cover and set aside. Garnish each tostada shell w/ingredients as desired.
Corn and Black Beans:
Heat oil in skillet and sauté onion until tender. Add corn; sauté for 2 min. Add black beans, cumin and
salt/pepper to taste. Heat thoroughly. Serve alongside tostadas.
