    t bottled hot pepper sauce

    16oz pkg frozen peppers and onions stir fry vegetables

    c hot cooked whole wheat pasta

trim fat from meat and cut into six serving size portions-sprinkle with salt and pepper-place in slow cooker in med bowl combine tomatoes, tomato paste and hot pepper sauce pour over meat in cooker top with frozen vegetables cover and cook on low for 9 to 10 hours serve over hot cooked pasta or rice
