• 2 tbsp. Hellmann's
• 2 tbsp. greek yogurt
• 1/2 tsp. dijon mustard
• 1 green onion, finely minced
• 1 clove minced garlic
• grated zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
• 1/2 tbsp. finely minced fresh dill or equivalent amount of dried dill
• maldon salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
