Ingredients

  • 3 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 2 Cup Sugar
  • 6 Tablespoon Cocoa
  • 2 Teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Cup vegetable oil
  • 2 Tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 Teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350. Coat 2 8-inch round cake pans with cooking spray and dust with flour. Sift flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt into large bowl.

2. Whisk together vegetable oil, vinegar, and vanilla, and 2 cups of water in separate bowl. Fold oil mixture into flour mixture, but don't overmix. Pour into prepared pans and bake 40 min until toothpick comes out clean. Cool and unmold.

Fill with peanut butter mousse and top with fudge icing.
