Crunchy Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 cups corn flakes
• 1 cup shortening
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups oatmeal

Preparation

Step 1

Combine dry ingredients. Cream shortening and sugar, beat eggs and vanilla. Add dry infredients and cereal. Use tbsp measure and roll in ball and flatten on lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake for 12-14 minutes at 325.
