Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
- 1-3/4 cups (14-1/2 oz. can) chicken broth
- 3-3/4 cups (6 oz.) NO YOLKS Broad Noodle, uncooked
- 5 cups (16-oz. pkg.) tiny frozen broccoli florets
- 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In 5-quart saucepan over medium heat, heat oil; add chicken.
Cook 3 minutes or until no longer pink.
Add broth; heat to boiling.
Add uncooked noodles and frozen vegetables, stirring to coat noodles with liquid.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover; simmer 8 minutes or until noodles are tender, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY.
Remove from heat. Stir in cheese until melted. 6 servings (1 cup each).
