- 6 cups pared apples
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon water
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup rolled oats (quick cooking)
- 1/3 cup soft butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Place apples in 8" square or 1 x 6 baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice and water.
Combine sugar, flour, oats, butter, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
