Pistachio Cake

Ingredients

• Frosting:
• 1 pkg white or yellow cake mix
• 1 pkg (4 servings) instant pistachio pudding mix
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts
• 3 eggs
• 1 1/2 cup cold milk
• 1 envelop dream whip
• 1 4 serving instant pistachio pudding

Preparation

Step 1

Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350. Cool for 15 minuites and remove to racks

Frosting:
beath slowley to blend. Increase to high and whip until forms soft peaks (4-6 minutes). Spread over cooled cake.
