Ingredients
- CAKE:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- PEACH YOGURT TOPPING:
- Grated rind of 1 lemon
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 4 cups sliced fresh peaches
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Step 1
CAKE:
Combine butter and sugar in mixer. Add eggs, yogurt and lemon rind. Sift together dry ingredients. Stir into egg mixture - alternating with milk. Spoon into prepared 10" bundt pan (floured and oiled) Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes. Invert in pan. Mix sugar and lemon juice till dissolved. Drizzle over cake poking deep holes in top.
To make topping, sprinkle peaches with lemon juice. Combine yogurt and lemon rind. Mix gently. Spoon over slices of cake.
