Loaded potato salad

Ingredients
- 2 lbs red potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 boiled egg
- 1/4 sugar
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 strips of bacon

Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes until done and cut up into 1/4's or 1/2's depending on size.
While potatoes are cooking cook bacon until crispy and let cool. After it is cooled off enough to handle put in ziplock bag and crumble into pieces.
Mix all ingredients together gently. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
