Ingredients
- 2 # short ribs
- 1 cup onion, minced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

Step 1
Trim fat from ribs. Brown in dutch oven until brown. Remove. Saute onion until soft. Return ribs to pan and add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 2-2 1/2 hours or until done. Can be also done in a 325 degree oven. Remove ribs and reduce sauce until thickened.
