Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 28oz can tomato sauce
- 1 28oz. can diced tomato
- 2 C. cooked long grain rice
- 2 C. chopped green pepper
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/4 C. packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- V-8 juice as needed

Step 1
In a large soup pot, brown beef and drain. Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 30-40 minutes till peppers are tender. Thin with V-8 if needed.
