Ingredients
- 5 1/2 lb. peeled and chopped apples
- 4 cups sugar
- 2 tea. cinnamon
- 1/4 tea. cloves
- 1/4 tea. salt

Step 1
Place all ingredients in crock pot. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for 9-11 hours, stirring occasionally until thick and brown. Remove lid and cook an additional hour. Stir with whisk until smooth and put in sterilized jars.
