REVIEW:
Lovely mouth watering goodness! Tried this tonight, with the following alterations (for convenience). My pork chops were done on George Foreman grill instead of a coal fire. I served it on a plate of white rice, with 2 small pork chops (boneless) in middle, with the sauce poured on top. So, with those slight alterations, my review reflects how it went for me. This is one of the tastiest pork dishes i have ever tried! I suck at cooking, cant do it. However this for me was so simple even I found it easy! The sauce compliments the pork perfectly, however I recommend a bit more of a generous serving of the hot sauce than 1/4 teaspoon as advised, so I just put a dollop in. Great thing about this dish it its totally healthy and great if your on a diet! Optional tip: if you are trying to cut out the fat in your diet, then there's nothing wrong with cutting off the fat off the chops before or after cooking, like I did :) Top marks definitely recommend this!
