Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups biscuit baking mix
- 2/3 cups milk
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp. (or 1 tsp. dried) chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tbsp. grated lemon peel
- 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 450. Coat large nonstick baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
2. Combine biscuit mix, milk, 1/4 cup cheese, rosemary, lemon peel and red pepper in medium bowl; mix until blended. Sppon by teaspoonfuls in 1 inch mounds onto prepared baking sheet; sprinkle evenly with remaining cheese.
3. Bake 8 - 10 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from oven. Brush oil evenly over biscuits; sprinkle evenly with salt. Serve immediately.
