Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Round onion
- 1/4 lb ground Portuguese Sausage
- 1 large can Red kidney beans, drained
- 2 tsp Red wine
- 1 tsp Powdered chicken bouillon
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- 1 Bay leaf, crushed
- Pinch paprika
- 1 tsp Chili powder 1/4 tsp Oregano leaves
- Pinch Cumin seed
- 1 tsp Ajinomoto (MSG)
- 1/2 C celery, chopped
- 1/2 C Bell pepper, chopped
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 large can Tomato sauce
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (optional variation)

Preparation
Step 1
Brown the Beef with the onions. Add Portuguese Sausage. When the onions have started to become translucent add the remaining ingredients. Simmer for one hour or to taste. It’s even better the next day.
