Ingredients
- 6 cup grated raw peeled and drained zucchini
- 6 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup crushed pineapple & juice
- 6 oz. box orange jello

Preparation
Step 1
Boil zucchini carefully about 6 minutes until clear. Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple and juice. Boil 6 minutes.
Remove from heat and add orange jello, stirring until jello is dissolved.
Stir and pour into jars and process in hot water bath for 10 minutes.
