Streusel Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 1 Beaten Egg
• 1/2 c Sugar
• 1/2 c Milk
• 2 Tbs Oil
• 1/2 tsp Almond Extract
• 1 c Flour
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 2 tsp Baking Powder
• Topping
• 1/2 c flour
• 1/4 c sugar
• 1/4 c butter
• 1/2 tsp almond extract

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cake mixture then pour into a greased 8 inch square pan.

Combine Topping ingredients and crumble on top of cake mixture.

Bake 375' for 20 minutes.
