Ingredients

1 c White Corn Meal
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Egg
2 Tbs Oil, Melted
1 c Buttermilk

Step 1

Grease 8 or 9" cast ion skillet. Place pan in over and heat for 10 minutes.

Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix. Pour into heated pan and bake.

Bake 400' for 30 minutes
