- Frozen beef roast OR
- Frozen chicken breasts OR
- Frozen pork roast
- Spices that you like putting on your particular meat.

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 250. Wrap frozen meat in tin foil and place in a roasting pan. Bake for 3 hours.
Remove from oven, open foil and season meat with rubs, spices, etc. Re-cover with foil and roast 2-3 hours more.
I've made pork roasts this way and they turn out so tender and juicy!
