Ingredients
- 2 cups salmon (red-canned)-no bone
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese softened
- 1 tbspn lemon juice
- 2 tspns grated onion
- 1 tspn prepared horseradish
- 1/4 tspn salt
- 1/4 tspn liquid smoke
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 3 tbspns snipped parsley

Step 1
drain salmon. Combine salmon with next 6 ingredients, mix thoroughly. chill several hours. combine pecans and parsley. Shape salmon mixture into a log, roll in nut mixture. chill well. Pass crackers.
