  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbspn lemon juice
  • 2 tspns grated onion
  • 1 tspn prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 tspn salt
  • 1/4 tspn liquid smoke
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 tbspns snipped parsley

Step 1

drain salmon. Combine salmon with next 6 ingredients, mix thoroughly. chill several hours. combine pecans and parsley. Shape salmon mixture into a log, roll in nut mixture. chill well. Pass crackers.
