Cheese Roll

Ingredients

• 1/2 stick pure butter
• 1 cup chopped nuts
• 1/2 lb cheese, finely grated
• 1 8oz sour cream
• 1/2 pkg onion soup mix
• 2 garlic cloves, slivered
• 2 Tbsp worchestershire souce
• mayo
• paprika
• chili powder

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter, mixing with nuts, stiring almost constantly. Mix room temp grated cheese with cream cheese. Add onion soup mix, garlic, worchestershire sauce and mayo. Roll in a mixture of paprika and chili powder on wax paper and shape. Stick in whole clove of garlic, remove before serving.
