Creamy Cilantro Dressing

A creamy Cilantro Dressing. This tastes like El Pollo Loco's famous dressing.

Ingredients

• 1 c. mayo
• 1/3 c. whole milk
• 4 tsp. finley minced cilantro
• 2 tsp. lime juice
• 1 tsp. white wine vinegar
• 1 tsp. granulated sugar
• 1 tsp. finely minced garlic
• 1 tsp. finely minced onion
• 1 \2 tsp. salt
• 1 \8 tsp. ground black pepper
• 1 \8 tsp. ground cumin
• 1 \8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Whisk together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and cill. Makes 1 1\4 cups.

Great on sliced chicken breast, romaine lettuce, pico de gallo, tortilla strips and cotija cheese.
