Ingredients
- 5 Tbsp marg
- 5 Tbsp flour
- 3 cups chicken stock, heated
- 3 cups half & half
- 2-10 oz pakg chopped broccoli
- 1 lb velveta cubed or sharp chedder shreded
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp nutmet

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in 3qt sauspan, when foam subsides, stir in flour. Cook and stir over low heat until smooth. Add hot chicken stock then slowly add half & half stirring constantly. Add cheese, and stir until smooth. Add nutmeg, cayenne, and broccoli. Heat through and add salt.
