Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes (about 3 lbs)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 C finely chopped celery
- 1 T butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 C lo fat sour cream
- 2 cans (6 oz each) lump crab meat, drained
- 1/2 C skim milk
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
- Scrub and piece potatoes, microwave or cook in oven until done
- Cool slightly; cut n half, scoop out insides, leaving thin shell
- Mash pulp with rest of ingredients and scoop back into shells ()may add additional milk if you like it creamier)
- Pace on baking sheets and bake uncovered at 375 for 20 - 25 min until heated through
