Ingredients

  • 1 10- or 12-ounce jar plum jam or preserves
  • 1 18-ounce bottle barbecue sauce
  • 1 16-ounce link cooked jalapeno smoked sausage or smoked sausage, sliced into bite-size pieces
  • 1 16- to 18-ounce package Italian-style or original flavor frozen cooked meatballs (16), thawed

Step 1

In a 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker combine the jam and barbecue sauce. Add the sausage and thawed meatballs. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 5 to 6 hours or on high-heat setting for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Use decorative picks to serve.
To serve at a buffet, keep warm at low-heat setting.
