Ingredients
- 1/2 cup palm shortening {96g}
- 1/2 cup peanut butter, unsweetened {5oz}
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 4 tablespoons honey {84g}
- 4 tablespoons palm sugar {40g}
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 Tbsp.+ 4 tsp. coconut flour {38g}
- 1.5 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate pieces {3oz}
- 1/2 cup Enjoy Life chocolate chips {3oz}

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350ºF
In a food processor, cream together shortening, peanut butter and egg 1 minute. Add honey, palm sugar and vanilla extract. Mix again until combined. Add coconut flour and baking soda. Mix 30 seconds.
Let dough sit 5 minutes to allow the coconut flour to soak up some of the moisture. Scrape down the sides and mix 30 seconds until fully incorporated. Stir the chocolate in by hand.
