Ingredients

  • 1-3 lb spaghetti squash
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tblsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp gruyere chase
  • 3 Tbsp bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp parmesean
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Pierce squash with knife. Place on oiled baking sheet, bake for 1 hour at 400. Let cool and cut lengthwise. Scoop out squash, seperating fibers with fork. Beat milk and egg together. Stir in cheese, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Mix with squash in lightly oiled 12x8x2 baking dish. Top with bread crumbs and parmesean, drizzle oil over top. Bake for 30 minutes at 400.
