Ingredients
- 1 cooked rotisserie chicken, boned and shredded
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage
- 2 avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed
- 1 tomato, peeled, seeded and diced
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, finely diced juice of 1 lime
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 poblano chiles, stemmed, seeded and minced
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon blackstrap molasses 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- salt and freshly ground pepper 6 brioche rolls

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, stir together the chicken and cabbage, and set aside. In a large bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients except rolls, and mix well. Add the chicken and cabbage mixture, and season with salt and pepper. Cut the brioche rolls in half, and scoop out the centers. Divide the chicken- guacamole mixture into 6 equal portions, and use your hands to form it into patties. Place each burger into a scooped-out bun, and serve
