Ingredients
- 2-3 lb London Broil,minute steak fillet or any similar cut of meat
- STEAK RUB
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 2 Tbs soy sauce
- 1-2 cubes garlic
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp chicken soup mix
- Mushroom Sauce
- 1 large onion,cut in quarters and sliced thinly
- oil,for sauteing
- 16 oz fresh mushrooms,sliced
- 1 Tbs cornstarch
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 cubes frozen parsley
- 1 cube frozen garlic

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to broil or grill setting. Make a paste using the steak rub ingredients and rub into meat. Broil or grill on high for 5 min on each side. To make the mushroom sauce,saute onion in oil for 5 min over medium heat. Add mushrooms and continue to saute for 5 min. Dissolve the cornstarch in wine and add to the pan with the remaining ingredients. Cook,stirring until slightly thickened. Serve over the steak
