Ingredients

  • 1 lb crabmeat (I used canned)
  • 1/2 cup grated pepper jack
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/4 cup green onions, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbspns worcester sauce
  • 2 tbspns lemon/lime juice
  • 1 tspn hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 tspn dry mustard
  • S & P

Step 1

mix all together and bake in a pyrex casserole dish 40 mins. at 325 degrees till brown and bubbly. Serve with Pita chips or crackers.
