Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup sourdough starter
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup potato flour
  • 1-1/2 cup bread flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup grains and seeds ( oats, wheat, flax or other) opt.
  • 2 tsp vital wheat gluten
  • 1 tblsp agave syrup
  • 1 tblsp olive oil
  • 1-1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp yeast

Preparation

Step 1

I used my bread machine. Then after raising cycle form a loaf and let it rise til double. Bake 350* for 35-40 minutes.
