Ingredients
- 2/3 cup sourdough starter
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup potato flour
- 1-1/2 cup bread flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup grains and seeds ( oats, wheat, flax or other) opt.
- 2 tsp vital wheat gluten
- 1 tblsp agave syrup
- 1 tblsp olive oil
- 1-1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp yeast

Step 1
I used my bread machine. Then after raising cycle form a loaf and let it rise til double. Bake 350* for 35-40 minutes.
