Ingredients

  • 3 1/4 cup warm water
  • 2 packs dry yeast
  • 2 Tbls sugar
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 cup whole wheat flour (or 1 1/2 cup with 1/4 cup oaut meal, 1/4 cup wheat germ, and 1/2 cup soy flour)
  • 4 1/2 all purpose unfleached flour

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 4 ingredients, then add flours. Let rise until doubled in size, about 20-35 minutes. Punch down and roll into 2 loaves. Let rise in l oaf pans (greased) 20 minutes. Bake 35 minutes at 400.
