Ingredients
- 2 cans of Mexican style corn drained
- 2 cans of black beans, drained, and rinsed
- 1 can of diced tomatoes ( I use the one wiht the sweet onions)
- 1/2 c. of low fat italian dressing
- 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
- 1 t. Splenda
- The flavors are really good with Dried Tomatoe and Pesto Chicken
