Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 cups mashed ripe banana (about 3)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray bottom of 8x4 inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
Beat sugar, eggs and oil in large bowl at medium speed until combined. Beat in banana and vanilla at low speed. Combine flour, cocoa and baking soda in medium bowl; beat into banana mixture at low speed just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
Spoon batter into pan. Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clea. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
