Ingredients
- 2 cups butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 4 eggs
- 24 ounces chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 8oz Hersey’s candy bar, grated
- 4 cups flour 2 cups nuts, chopped
- 5 cups oatmeal, blended

Preparation
Step 1
Measure oatmeal into a blender and grind to a fine powder. Heat oven to 375. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and soda. Add chocolate chips, grated chocolate candy, and nuts. Shape dough into balls about 1 ¼ inches in diameter. Place 2 inches apart on a nonstick or lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for 6 minutes.
