Heat oven to 300 degrees. Wrap ham in foil. Put in roaster and add 6 cups of water. Cook for 25 minutes. Turn oven off and let sit for 3 hours and do not open door. Cook 25 minutes at 300 degrees and then turn off and let sit overnight
