Peanut Butter Fudge
- 3 c sugar
- 1 1/2 c cream
- 1 c light corn syrup
- 1/2-3/4 c crunchy peanut butter
- 1-1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Mix above (except vanilla) on high heat-when it begins to boil, turn down to simmer for almost an hour, until it reaches a soft-ball stage.
Remove from heat and add 1-1 1/2 tsp vanilla.
Let cool and do not stir for 1/2 hour.
Beat with electric mixer until it looses shiny appearance or gets thicker.
Set hours before cutting in cool place.
Use 9 x 13 pan.
