  • 9 c flour
  • 1 1/2 c scalded milk
  • 1 1/2 c cool water
  • 2/3 c sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 pkgs yeast
  • 1 c margarine, melted



Step 1

Put flour in fix-n-mix, make well in the center.

Add milk, water, sugar, salt, eggs and then sprinkle with yeast.

Do not mix.

Seal and let set for one hour.

Remove seal and add margarine.

Knead (you may need to add additional flour).

Return to bowl, seal and leave until seal pops.

To hasten raising, put bowl in warm water for about 30 minutes.

Divide dough into fourths, shape as desired and let rise until doubled.

Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
